We are a like-minded group of people coming together each week to simply feel better, stronger and calmer. Whether it’s meditation you’re looking for or a chance to brush up on your handstands (and everything in between) we’re committed to offering classes and workshops for body, mind and soul!

Yoga off the mat!

Our time spent off the mat is just as important as our classes. Social isolation has become a huge problem in the UK and we try to combat loneliness as well as exploring our local activities. With a regular walking group, a Thursday night beer and a whole host of events throughout the year you’ll really feel connected to those you practice next to each week.
